Veritas Christian Academy is a distinct community that is equally passionate about cultivating inquiring minds, authentic faith and compassionate hearts. Our curriculum is uniquely designed to join what are commonly viewed as opposing approaches:

Every year, our graduates return and tell us there's something wonderful about our school that can't be replicated. What they miss most is the close friendships with both staff and students and the feeling of always belonging.

Veritas Christian Academy in Wayland, Massachusetts, has a rich and inspiring history. Founded in 2010 after the closing of Westgate Christian Academy, the school was established by a group of dedicated parents and community members who recognized the great need for a Christ-centered education in MetroWest Boston. With no outside funding or church affiliation, Veritas began simply with $30,000 donated by the five founding families and opened as the first faith-based private school in Wayland's 200-year history.

From the earliest years, Veritas has been distinct by design, blending a sincere commitment to developing intellectual curiosity while fostering wisdom and virtue. The school started with 44 students and 12 teachers, but it grew quickly as it gained a reputation for its high caliber curriculum, nurturing environment, and authentic community of faith.

Today, even as we've grown, our dedicated faculty and staff understand the importance of not only educating the minds of their students, but also cultivating their character, and most importantly, nurturing their eternal souls. The name Veritas reflects our commitment to introduce students to the beauty of God's unchanging truth in an ever-changing world.
